Prospects provide information, advice and guidance on behalf of your local council, who as data controllers specify how data must be used. We help young people make informed choices about their future and the appropriate pathways to achievement. We collect contact details to help deliver the best service to you (our legal duty under the Education and Skills Act 2008). We collect gender and ethnicity details which we anonymise for statistical reporting on equality, to help improve services and inform the public of how your school (while you are in compulsory education) and your local council are performing.
